Free US shipping on every order

We ship every order via standard US shipping at no cost to you, with no minimum order. The free shipping promise is real — there are no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard: 3–7 business days from ship date
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships

Mother's Day delivery

Order by Thursday May 8, 2026 for guaranteed delivery before Mother's Day (Sunday May 10, 2026).

Where we ship

Currently the United States only. International shipping is coming later in 2026.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email hello@novahbeauty.store within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes before the package leaves our warehouse.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@novahbeauty.store with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
